e2bd (referred to as "Platform", "we" or "our") provides an online gaming service for users in Bangladesh. By accessing this website or using any of our services, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions set out below.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform. e2bd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

e2bd's services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. By opening an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years old.
• You hold a valid Bangladeshi ID document in your own name.
• You are playing with your own money.
• You are not located in an area where access to this platform is prohibited.

To open an account with e2bd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

• Keep the name, address, and contact information on your account up to date at all times.
• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person or using another person's funds is prohibited.
• If your account is accessed without authorisation, you must notify e2bd immediately.

e2bd reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. Any of the following documents may be required for verification:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of the deposit and withdrawal method used.
• Proof of recent residence (utility bill or bank statement).

e2bd reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. e2bd may also close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Any breach of these terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity.
• In accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering regulations.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period.

Accepted deposit methods on e2bd are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• The deposit account must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Deposit processing times may vary depending on the method.

The following conditions apply when withdrawing funds from e2bd:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawal time: 10–45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the verification process is not complete.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

e2bd offers new members a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To receive this bonus and withdraw any winnings from it, the following conditions must be met:

• Bonus wagering requirement: 20x (on the bonus amount).
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus; total balance ৳3,000. In this case you must wager ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
• Another example: deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000; total balance ৳18,000.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit, the bonus may be cancelled.

• The welcome bonus may only be received once per account.
• Bonuses are not transferable to another person.
• e2bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• A different minimum deposit amount may apply as a condition of receiving a bonus — refer to the terms of the specific offer.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in account cancellation.

e2bd's VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on your overall activity on the platform. Wagering requirements may apply to cashback payments.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on e2bd:

• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or use of bots.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using multiple accounts to collect bonuses or promotions.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Abusive or harassing behaviour.

Violating any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure, and deposited funds and winnings will be forfeited. Legal action may be taken where applicable.

e2bd reserves the right to void bets where a technical error or system disruption causes an abnormal outcome. No claims will be accepted based on incorrect information or rewards displayed as a result of an error.

All content on the e2bd website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — are the intellectual property of e2bd or its respective licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any part of this content without prior written permission is prohibited.
